We aim to respond to all applications within 7 days. The process may vary slightly depending on the role, but generally follows these steps: 1. Initial Interview: A conversation with our HR team to learn more about you and your fit for the role. 2. Hiring Manager Interview: A deeper dive into the role and your experience with the hiring manager. 3. Case Study: You’ll complete a task or challenge relevant to the position. 4. Case Study Discussion: A discussion of your case study results, allowing us to understand your approach and thought process. We’ll keep you informed at each stage of the process!
How long does the application process usually take?
Our application process typically takes between one and three weeks. The exact timeline can vary depending on candidate and team availability, but we strive to move as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth experience for all applicants.
Are you hiring remotely?
While we are an office-first company, some roles may be open to remote candidates depending on the nature of the position. For most of the team, we work together from our Berlin HQ to foster collaboration and speed. We also offer flexibility, including up to four weeks of remote work from abroad per year and 27 vacation days to support a healthy work-life balance.
Do you offer visa sponsorships?
We are currently able to support existing visas but, unfortunately, do not initiate new visa processes at this time.
